Pasta with poached egg, parma ham and parsley

Boil the pasta, keep water for poached egg. Melt some butter, add 2 cloves of garlic, ham, parsley/spinach, 2 tbsp heavy cream black pepper. Don’t keep for too long in order not to burn garlic otherwise the taste will be bitter. Add pasta mix all well together, spinkle parmsan and serve with poached egg.
